"A HOLISTIC APPROACH"

Before our partnership with Count ME In, monitoring and encouraging attendance was mostly falling on one or two members of the administrative team. We wanted to accomplish more while creating a holistic approach, and Count ME In helped us get there. Because of our partnership, we were able to pull in our front office staff, nursing staff, administrative staff, and teaching staff to create an internal team that could support one another in our goals to create effective change within our school community.

"MORE PROACTIVE"

Count ME In also helped us to become more proactive, rather than reactive, in our approach towards attendance. Previously, we were only able to really focus on students who had already missed a handful of days or were consistently tardy. Now, we’re able to conduct more proactive outreach, supporting students from the get-go and working with families at an early stage to develop positive relationships and increase communication.
